If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

Products located in North America’s warehouses take 3-5 business days in delivery via standard shipping and 2-3 business days via express shipping. Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! If purchased product located in one of our international warehouses delivery time can take 7-14 business days. There are circumstances that are out of our hands like (natural disasters, vacations, weather, etc.) that can cause postponements of shipping. While most packages arrive on time, there can be circumstances and delays, like ours carriers can experience. For this reason, guarantees we do not have the exact delivery time; the delivery problem is the responsibility of the postal service.

For each order, there will be tracking. The package can be tracked as soon as the order is shipped and registered at the post office. We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each product is shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends time providing quality, affordable products.

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. You can cancel your order without any fees! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creation if you want your order canceled. If the item has already been shipped, please contact us at info@maxwinsports.com. All you have to do is send us an email with the line “CANCEL”. I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS! If you entered the wrong address, please answer your order confirmation email and give us the right information. Notify us immediately by email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this sooner for 24 hours.
MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED We send each item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that about 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to improper postal treatment. If this happens, contact the following: – Your order number. – A picture of your damaged goods. When it is received, we will be happy to send you a new product.
